G. Spencer Mynko, Esq. is the Managing Partner at Transportation Attorneys.  He has 20 years of legal experience, including Trial and Arbitration Experience.  His focus has been on the transportation industry since 2013 when he founded Transportation Attorneys.  HIs clients include trucking companies, freight brokers, freight forwarders, shippers and stake holders all along the transportation chain. He is particularly interested in misclassifcation of independent contractors and labor laws afftecting the industry. Mr. Mynko's top priority is to achieve excellent results for clients and has the tenacity, aggressiveness and acumen to achieve that overriding goal.
